ClevaTreva ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data processed through our Google Workspace Add-on and associated services. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the ClevaTreva application.

2. Data We Collect

To provide AI-powered email drafting and triage services, ClevaTreva processes the following data:

• Account & Profile Data: Workspace email address, job role descriptions, user tone preferences, and custom instructions saved in your profile.
• Email Context Data: Text content, subject lines, and sender/recipient metadata from the active email thread when you explicitly invoke ClevaTreva.
• App Usage Data: Token consumption, action intents selected, and error logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly to deliver and improve ClevaTreva's core functionality, including generating drafts and applying organisational guardrails.

4. Google API Services Compliance

ClevaTreva’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Gmail data strictly through authorised OAuth 2.0 scopes.

5. Data Storage & Security

Hosting: Backend processing occurs within secure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure hosted in the European Union (europe-west1).

Email thread content is processed in memory and is not stored permanently as raw text. User configurations are stored securely with industry-standard encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
