Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the ClevaTreva Google Workspace Add-on ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Service Description & Human-in-the-Loop

ClevaTreva provides automated email draft generation. We do not automate the final sending of emails.

• Draft-Only Generation: ClevaTreva creates editable drafts inside your email client.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving all AI-generated drafts prior to sending them.

3. Authorised Use

You agree not to use ClevaTreva for any illegal purpose, attempt to bypass organisational guardrails, or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your email content and profile configurations. All rights in the ClevaTreva application, code, and branding remain the exclusive property of ClevaTreva.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. While ClevaTreva is designed to follow operational rules, AI models may generate inaccurate outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClevaTreva shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
